Our service is as important as our software - This is a core tenet of Medforce Technologies' approach to business. The package of our people and our products together creates a winning combination that helps keep our high customer retention rate. We focus on responsiveness, reliability and resolution in our Technical Support department. 

We recently tallied the responses from a survey about our Tech Support department that was completed by 320 customers. We learned: 

  • 80% of Tech Support issues are resolved in the first contact
  • 98.5% agreed Medforce’s response rate was good
  • 98.5% agreed the information provided was relevant and complete
  • 98% overall satisfaction rate
  • 99% would recommend Medforce to others
